This issue can be related to an update to InSight online Historian performed by AVEVA on Dec 9, 2019.
To fix this, a registry change is required on the Dream Report machine.
You should run this registry update file on your Dream Report machines (64-bit operating systems). Since this will make a change to the Windows registry, we recommend they first make a backup of the registry. The file is available on our DropBox site:
