FAQ 016: When running reports from the Runtime Management Console (RMC), my reports don’t get printed or emailed, even though those settings are specified in the report’s settings.

By default, the RMC will only generate a report, and not print or email that report.  If you wish to print or email a report on manual generation, open the Dynamic Report Generator (DRG) from the Runtime Management Console, select the report in the Available Reports list, and then select email and/or print options for that specific report, before generating.
